Transportation Office Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor logistics operations
  • Plan and organize the shipment of final products according to customer requirements

Senior Financial Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Independent handling of accounting according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
  • Preparation and review of financial statements according to Swiss CO & IFRS
  • Reporting packages and cash flow statements according to Swiss CO, IFRS & US GAAP
  • Calculation of tax provisions, preparation of corporate income tax returns & all necessary tax forms (e.g. Form 170), independently

Your profile

Business Unit Manager Legal

Frankfurt, Germany

Responsibilities

This function is integrity sensitive because the function holder has powers of representation and/or is Compliance Officer. The function holder is thereby directly related and (partly) responsible for integer business operations within Intereps.

Leadership

  • Provides input to the Managing Director to help constructing an annual team plan and budget
  • Supports execution of the team plan
  • Takes the role in showing exemplary behaviour in leadership through the Intereps values

Legal and Corporate Secretarial services

  • Ensures that all transactions performed by the team are fully understood

Your Profile

  • Execute the Company’s media relations strategy and serve as principal company spokesperson
